Quran Dictionary - ن ص ي


The triliteral root nūn ṣād yā (ن ص ي) occurs four times in the Quran, in two derived forms:

  • three times as the noun nāṣiyat (نَاصِيَة)
  • once as the noun nawāṣī (نَّوَٰصِى)
