The triliteral root bā thā thā (ب ث ث) occurs nine times in the Quran, in five derived forms:

five times as the form I verb batha (بَثَّ)
once as the noun bath (بَثّ)
once as the adjective munbath (مُّنبَثّ)
once as the passive participle mabthūth (مَبْثُوث)
once as the passive participle mabthūthat (مَبْثُوثَة)

Verb (form I) - to disperse

(2:164:29) wabatha	and dispersing	فَأَحْيَا بِهِ الْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا وَبَثَّ فِيهَا مِنْ كُلِّ دَابَّةٍ
(4:1:13) wabatha	and dispersed	وَخَلَقَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَبَثَّ مِنْهُمَا رِجَالًا كَثِيرًا وَنِسَاءً
(31:10:13) wabatha	and He dispersed	وَأَلْقَىٰ فِي الْأَرْضِ رَوَاسِيَ أَنْ تَمِيدَ بِكُمْ وَبَثَّ فِيهَا مِنْ كُلِّ دَابَّةٍ
