Verb (form I) - to blind, to destory, to obliterate

(4:47:14) naṭmisaWe efface آمِنُوا بِمَا نَزَّلْنَا مُصَدِّقًا لِمَا مَعَكُمْ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ نَطْمِسَ وُجُوهًا
(10:88:18) iṭ'misDestroy رَبَّنَا اطْمِسْ عَلَىٰ أَمْوَالِهِمْ وَاشْدُدْ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ
(36:66:3) laṭamasnāWe (would have) surely obliterated وَلَوْ نَشَاءُ لَطَمَسْنَا عَلَىٰ أَعْيُنِهِمْ فَاسْتَبَقُوا الصِّرَاطَ
(54:37:5) faṭamasnāso We blinded وَلَقَدْ رَاوَدُوهُ عَنْ ضَيْفِهِ فَطَمَسْنَا أَعْيُنَهُمْ فَذُوقُوا عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ
(77:8:3) ṭumisatare obliterated فَإِذَا النُّجُومُ طُمِسَتْ
