Quran Dictionary - ن ث ر


The triliteral root nūn thā rā (ن ث ر) occurs three times in the Quran, in two derived forms:

  • once as the form VIII verb intatharat (ٱنتَثَرَتْ)
  • twice as the passive participle manthūr (مَّنثُور)
