The triliteral root nūn sīn khā (ن س خ) occurs four times in the Quran, in three derived forms:
twice as the form I verb yansakhu (يَنسَخُ)
once as the form X verb nastansikhu (نَسْتَنسِخُ)
once as the noun nus'khat (نُسْخَت)
