The triliteral root bā rā hamza (ب ر أ) occurs 31 times in the Quran, in 10 derived forms:

Verb (form I) - to bring into existence

(57:22:16) nabra-ahāWe bring it into existence مَا أَصَابَ مِنْ مُصِيبَةٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي أَنْفُسِكُمْ إِلَّا فِي كِتَابٍ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ نَبْرَأَهَا

Verb (form II) - to absolve, to clear

(12:53:2) ubarri-uI absolve وَمَا أُبَرِّئُ نَفْسِي
(33:69:9) fabarra-ahuthen Allah cleared him لَا تَكُونُوا كَالَّذِينَ آذَوْا مُوسَىٰ فَبَرَّأَهُ اللَّهُ مِمَّا قَالُوا

Verb (form IV) - to heal, to cure

(3:49:24) wa-ub'ri-uAnd I cure وَأُبْرِئُ الْأَكْمَهَ وَالْأَبْرَصَ وَأُحْيِي الْمَوْتَىٰ بِإِذْنِ اللَّهِ
(5:110:39) watub'ri-uand you heal وَتُبْرِئُ الْأَكْمَهَ وَالْأَبْرَصَ بِإِذْنِي

Verb (form V) - to disown
