Chapter (56) sūrat l-wāqiʿah (The Event)

Sahih International: Only a saying: "Peace, peace."

Pickthall: (Naught) but the saying: Peace, (and again) Peace.

Yusuf Ali: Only the saying, "Peace! Peace".

Shakir: Except the word peace, peace.

Muhammad Sarwar: except each other's greetings of, "Peace be with you".

Mohsin Khan: But only the saying of: Salam!, Salam! (greetings with peace) !

Arberry: only the saying 'Peace, Peace!'
