Sahih International: [All of] whom oppressed within the lands

Pickthall: Who (all) were rebellious (to Allah) in these lands,

Yusuf Ali: (All) these transgressed beyond bounds in the lands,

Shakir: Who committed inordinacy in the cities,

Muhammad Sarwar: led rebellious lives,

Mohsin Khan: Who did transgress beyond bounds in the lands (in the disobedience of Allah).

Arberry: who all were insolent in the land
