Chapter (69) sūrat l-ḥāqah (The Inevitable)

Sahih International: Nor did he encourage the feeding of the poor.

Pickthall: And urged not on the feeding of the wretched.

Yusuf Ali: "And would not encourage the feeding of the indigent!

Shakir: Nor did he urge the feeding of the poor.

Muhammad Sarwar: nor were they concerned with feeding the destitute.

Mohsin Khan: And urged not on the feeding of Al­Miskin (the poor),
