المصدر «أن يعمروا» اسم كان. والجار «للمشركين» متعلق بخبرها. «شاهدين» حال من المشركين، والجارَّان: «على أنفسهم»، «بالكفر» متعلقان بـ«شاهدين». جملة «وهم خالدون» معطوفة على «حبطت أعمالهم» في محل رفع.
