اسم كان ضمير الشأن مستتر، وجملة «يقول» خبرها، الجار «على الله» متعلق بحال من «شططا»، و«شططًا» نائب مفعول مطلق أي: قولا شططًا، والمصدر المؤول معطوف على ما قبله.
