Quran Dictionary - ت ب ب

The triliteral root tā bā bā (ت ب ب) occurs four times in the Quran, in three derived forms:

  • twice as the form I verb tabba (تَبَّ)
  • once as the noun tabāb (تَبَاب)
  • once as the form II verbal noun tatbīb (تَتْبِيب)
