This is correct.

يا: أداة النداء موسى: اسم منادى مبني على الضم المقدر على الألف للتعذر في محل النصب

The same word is similarly analysed correctly: PN – accusative masculine proper noun → Musa in 5 other places, namely: 5:22:2, 5:24:2, 7:134:6, 7:138:13 and 7:144:2.

However, in 16 other instances, the proper noun is incorrectly described as "nominative".

2:55:3, 2:61:3, 17:101:17, 20:11:4, 20:17:4, 20:19:3, 20:36:5, 20:40:34, 20:49:4, 20:57:7, 20:65:2, 20:83:5, 27:9:1, 27:10:12, 28:19:11, 28:20:8, 28:30:14 and 28:31:13.
