Verse (6:68), Word 7 - Quranic Grammar

The seventh word of verse (6:68) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A result particle and verb. The result particle fa is usually translated as "then" or "so" and is used to indicate the result of a condition. The form IV imperative verb (فعل أمر) is second person masculine singular. Sahih International: And when you see those who engage in [offensive] discourse concerning Our verses, then turn away from them until they enter into another conversion. And if Satan should cause you to forget, then do not remain after the reminder with the wrongdoing people.
