Verse (2:198), Word 18 - Quranic Grammar

The eighteenth word of verse (2:198) is divided into 4 morphological segments. A conjunction, verb, subject pronoun and object pronoun. The prefixed conjunction wa is usually translated as "and". Sahih International: There is no blame upon you for seeking bounty from your Lord [during Hajj]. But when you depart from 'Arafat, remember Allah at al- Mash'ar al-haram. And remember Him, as He has guided you, for indeed, you were before that among those astray.
