Sahih International: But he has not broken through the difficult pass.

Pickthall: But he hath not attempted the Ascent -

Yusuf Ali: But he hath made no haste on the path that is steep.

Shakir: But he would not attempt the uphill road,

Muhammad Sarwar: Yet, he has not entered into Aqaba

Mohsin Khan: But he has made no effort to pass on the path that is steep.
