Chapter (8) sūrat l-anfāl (The Spoils of War)

Sahih International: That is for what your hands have put forth [of evil] and because Allah is not ever unjust to His servants."

Pickthall: This is for that which your own hands have sent before (to the Judgment), and (know) that Allah is not a tyrant to His slaves.

Yusuf Ali: "Because of (the deeds) which your (own) hands sent forth; for Allah is never unjust to His servants:

Shakir: This is for what your own hands have sent on before, and because Allah is not in the least unjust to the servants;

Muhammad Sarwar: This is the result of their deeds. God is not unjust to His servants."

Mohsin Khan: "This is because of that which your hands had forwarded. And verily, Allah is not unjust to His slaves."

Arberry: that, for what your hands have forwarded, and for that God is never unjust unto His servants.'
