Sahih International: And those [angels] who deliver a message

Pickthall: By those who bring down the Reminder,

Yusuf Ali: Then spread abroad a Message,

Shakir: Then I swear by the angels who bring down the revelation,

Muhammad Sarwar: and by those who reveal revelations (to the prophets)
