Chapter (40) sūrat ghāfir (The Forgiver God)

Sahih International: To Pharaoh, Haman and Qarun; but they said, "[He is] a magician and a liar."

Pickthall: Unto Pharaoh and Haman and Korah, but they said: A lying sorcerer!

Yusuf Ali: To Pharaoh, Haman, and Qarun; but they called (him)" a sorcerer telling lies!"...

Shakir: To Firon and Haman and Qaroun, but they said: A lying magician.

Muhammad Sarwar: to the Pharaoh, Haman, and Korah, who said, "He is only a lying magician.".

Mohsin Khan: To Fir'aun (Pharaoh), Haman and Qarun (Korah), but they called (him): "A sorcerer, a liar!"

Arberry: to Pharaoh, Haman and Korah; they said, 'A lying sorcerer!'
