Sahih International: Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is, over all things, Disposer of affairs.

Pickthall: Allah is Creator of all things, and He is Guardian over all things.

Yusuf Ali: Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is the Guardian and Disposer of all affairs.

Shakir: Allah is the Creator of every thing and He has charge over every thing.
