Chapter (26) sūrat l-shuʿarā (The Poets)

Sahih International: [Moses] said, "Your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers."

Pickthall: He said: Your Lord and the Lord of your fathers.

Yusuf Ali: (Moses) said: "Your Lord and the Lord of your fathers from the beginning!"

Shakir: He said: Your Lord and the Lord of your fathers of old.

Muhammad Sarwar: Moses continued, "He is the Lord and the Lord of your forefathers."

Mohsin Khan: Musa (Moses) said: "Your Lord and the Lord of your ancient fathers!"
