Chapter (10) sūrat yūnus (Jonah)

Sahih International: Indeed, in the alternation of the night and the day and [in] what Allah has created in the heavens and the earth are signs for a people who fear Allah

Pickthall: Lo! in the difference of day and night and all that Allah hath created in the heavens and the earth are portents, verily, for folk who ward off (evil).

Yusuf Ali: Verily, in the alternation of the night and the day, and in all that Allah hath created, in the heavens and the earth, are signs for those who fear Him.

Shakir: Most surely in the variation of the night and the day, and what Allah has created in the heavens and the earth, there are signs for a people who guard (against evil).

Muhammad Sarwar: The alternation of the day and night and all that God has created in the heavens and earth are evidence (of the existence of God) for the pious people.

Mohsin Khan: Verily, in the alternation of the night and the day and in all that Allah has created in the heavens and the earth are Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) for those people who keep their duty to Allah, and fear Him much.

Arberry: In the alternation of night and day, and what God has created in the heavens and the earth -- surely there are signs for a godfearing people.
