«مرض» مبتدأ، و«أم» المنقطعة، والجملة بعدها مبتدأ، وكذا «أم» الثانية منقطعة، والمصدر المؤول «أن يحيف» مفعول به، وجملة «أولئك هم الظالمون» مستأنفة، و«هم» للفصل.
