جملة «يَعْلَمُ» نعت ثالث، الظرف «بَيْنَ» متعلق بالصلة المقدرة، وجملة «ولا يَشْفَعُونَ» معطوفة على جملة «يعلم»، والجارّ «مِنْ خَشْيَتِهِ» متعلق بالخبر، وجملة «وهم مُّشْفِقُونَ» معطوفة على جملة «ولا يَشْفَعُونَ».
