جملة «لهم فيها زَفِير» مستأنفة، الجار «لهم» متعلق بالخبر، الجار «فيها» متعلق بالاستقرار الذي تعلق به الخبر، «زفير» مبتدأ، وجملة «وهم فيها لا يسمعون» معطوفة على المستأنفة، والجار «فيها» متعلق بحال من المبتدأ «هم».
