«وإذ» الواو مستأنفة، «إذ» اسم ظرفي مفعول لـ«اذكر» مقدرا، و«بشرا» مفعول لـ«خالق»، الجار «من صلصال» متعلق بنعت لـ«بشرا»، الجار «من حمإ» متعلق بنعت لـ«صلصال»، وجملة «قال» مضاف إليه في محل جر.
