Sahih International: They descend upon every sinful liar.

Pickthall: They descend on every sinful, false one.

Yusuf Ali: They descend on every lying, wicked person,

Shakir: They descend upon every lying, sinful one,

Muhammad Sarwar: They come to every sinful liar.

Mohsin Khan: They descend on every lying (one who tells lies), sinful person.

Arberry: They come down on every guilty impostor.
