'ishaar is plural of ashraa. , grammatical weight of ashraa. is fa'laa.

And it is feminine plural noun, not masculine plural noun. Grammatical weights fa'laa. and fa'laa are usually used as feminine whose masculine grammatical weight is fa'laan
