Sahih International: And made [therein] a burning lamp

Pickthall: And have appointed a dazzling lamp,

Yusuf Ali: And placed (therein) a Light of Splendour?

Shakir: And We made a shining lamp,

Muhammad Sarwar: (the sun) as a shining torch

Mohsin Khan: And have made (therein) a shinning lamp (sun).

Arberry: and We appointed a blazing lamp
