Chapter (37) sūrat l-ṣāfāt (Those Ranges in Ranks)

Sahih International: And you will not be recompensed except for what you used to do -

Pickthall: Ye are requited naught save what ye did -

Yusuf Ali: But it will be no more than the retribution of (the Evil) that ye have wrought;-

Shakir: And you shall not be rewarded except (for) what you did.

Muhammad Sarwar: and will be recompensed only for what you deserve.

Mohsin Khan: And you will be requited nothing except for what you used to do (evil deeds, sins, and Allah's disobedience which you used to do in this world);

Arberry: and not be recompensed, except according to what you were doing.'
