Chapter (19) sūrat maryam (Mary)

Sahih International: They will not hear therein any ill speech - only [greetings of] peace - and they will have their provision therein, morning and afternoon.

Pickthall: They hear therein no idle talk, but only Peace; and therein they have food for morn and evening.

Yusuf Ali: They will not there hear any vain discourse, but only salutations of Peace: And they will have therein their sustenance, morning and evening.

Shakir: They shall not hear therein any vain discourse, but only: Peace, and they shall have their sustenance therein morning and evening.

Muhammad Sarwar: They will not hear therein any meaningless words. They will be greeted (by the angels) with "Peace be with you," and they will receive their sustenance both in the mornings and evenings.

Mohsin Khan: They shall not hear therein (in Paradise) any Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk), but only Salam (salutations of peace). And they will have therein their sustenance, morning and afternoon. [See (V.40:55)].

Arberry: There they shall hear no idle talk, but only 'Peace.' There they shall have their provision at dawn and evening.
