الواو عاطفة، «إذ» مفعول لاذكر مقدرًا. «تَأذَّن» جارٍ مجرى القسم. وجملة «ليبعثن» جواب القسم، «مَن» موصول مفعول به لـ«بعث»، و«سوء» مفعول ثان لـ«سام».
