المصدر المجرور «على أنهما استحقا» نائب فاعل، وقوله «فآخران» خبر مبتدأ مضمر أي: فالشاهدان آخران، والجملة جواب الشرط في محل جزم، وجملة «يقومان» صفة «آخران» وقوله «مقامَهما» مفعول مطلق. والجار «من الذين» متعلق بحال من فاعل «يقومان» و«الأوليان» فاعل «استحق»، وجملة «لشهادتنا أحق» جواب القسم، والجار «من شهادتهما» متعلق بـ«أحق»، وجملة «وما اعتدينا» معطوفة على جواب القسم، وجملة «إنا لمن الظالمين» مستأنفة.
