Chapter (36) sūrat yā sīn

جملة «أوليس الذي...» مستأنفة، والباء زائدة في خبر ليس، والمصدر «أن يخلق» مجرور بـ«على» متعلق بـ«قادر»، «بلى» حرف جواب، وجملة «وهو الخلاق» معطوفة على استئناف مقدر، أي: بلى هو قادر على ذلك، وهو الخلاق، و«العليم» خبر ثان.
