(3:141:1) waliyumaḥḥiṣaAnd so that may purify وَلِيُمَحِّصَ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَيَمْحَقَ الْكَافِرِينَ
(3:154:68) waliyumaḥḥiṣaand that He may purge وَلِيَبْتَلِيَ اللَّهُ مَا فِي صُدُورِكُمْ وَلِيُمَحِّصَ مَا فِي قُلُوبِكُمْ
