Please help me to know the reason of letter''ra'' in ghairee to have kasra and is majroor jaza kallah khair ..ameen ya kareem

One reason is that it is "sifah" (na3t) to "alladhiina" which earlier majroor because of the fact that it is "mudhaf ilayh" to "siraath".
