Chapter (23) sūrat l-mu'minūn (The Believers)

Sahih International: The Fire will sear their faces, and they therein will have taut smiles.

Pickthall: The fire burneth their faces, and they are glum therein.

Yusuf Ali: The Fire will burn their faces, and they will therein grin, with their lips displaced.

Shakir: The fire shall scorch their faces, and they therein shall be in severe affliction.

Muhammad Sarwar: The fire will scorch their faces and they will be groaning therein in pain.

Mohsin Khan: The Fire will burn their faces, and therein they will grin, with displaced lips (disfigured).

Arberry: the Fire smiting their faces the while they glower there.
