الجار «بما» متعلق بـ«أعلم»، وجملة «وما أنت عليهم بجبار» معطوفة على جملة «نحن أعلم»، والباء زائدة في خبر «ما»، وجملة «فذكِّر» مستأنفة، و«وعيد» مفعول به منصوب بالفتحة المقدرة على ما قبل الياء المحذوفة.
