(33:33:1) Should the فعل أمر of ق ر ر not be اِقْرَرْنَ instead of قَرْنَ? Which rule(s) is applied to make قَرْنَ ?

قَرْنَ is a contraction of اِقْرَرْنَ. Please refer to Lane's Lexicon page 2499.
