Chapter (7) sūrat l-aʿrāf (The Heights)

Sahih International: But those who hold fast to the Book and establish prayer - indeed, We will not allow to be lost the reward of the reformers.

Pickthall: And as for those who make (men) keep the Scripture, and establish worship - lo! We squander not the wages of reformers.

Yusuf Ali: As to those who hold fast by the Book and establish regular prayer,- never shall We suffer the reward of the righteous to perish.

Shakir: And (as for) those who hold fast by the Book and keep up prayer, surely We do not waste the reward of the right doers.

Muhammad Sarwar: Those who devote themselves to the teachings of the Book and are steadfast in prayer (should know that) the reward of those who reform themselves will not be lost.

Mohsin Khan: And as to those who hold fast to the Book (i.e. act on its teachings) and perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat), certainly, We shall never waste the reward of those who do righteous deeds.

Arberry: And those who hold fast to the Book, and perform the prayer -- surely We leave not to waste the wage of those who set aright.
