Chapter (10) sūrat yūnus (Jonah)

Sahih International: He gives life and causes death, and to Him you will be returned

Pickthall: He quickeneth and giveth death, and unto Him ye will be returned.

Yusuf Ali: It is He Who giveth life and who taketh it, and to Him shall ye all be brought back.

Shakir: He gives life and causes death, and to Him you shall be brought back.

Muhammad Sarwar: It is God who gives life and causes things to die. To Him you will all return.

Mohsin Khan: It is He Who gives life, and causes death, and to Him you (all) shall return.

Arberry: He gives life, and makes to die, and to Him you shall be returned.
