Verse (6:81), Word 16 - Quranic Grammar


The sixteenth word of verse (6:81) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A resumption particle and interrogative noun. The connective particle fa is usually translated as "then" or "so" and is used to indicate a sequence of events. The interrogative noun is in the nominative case (مرفوع).
