Verse (34:18), Word 10 - Quranic Grammar

The tenth word of verse (34:18) is divided into 3 morphological segments. A conjunction, verb and subject pronoun. The prefixed conjunction wa is usually translated as "and". Verse (34:18)

Sahih International: And We placed between them and the cities which We had blessed [many] visible cities. And We determined between them the [distances of] journey, [saying], "Travel between them by night or day in safety."
