Verse (2:24), Word 6 - Quranic Grammar

The sixth word of verse (2:24) is divided into 3 morphological segments. A result particle, verb and subject pronoun. The result particle fa is usually translated as "then" or "so" and is used to indicate the result of a condition. The form VIII imperative verb (فعل أمر) is second person masculine plural. The verb's triliteral root is wāw qāf yā (و ق ي). The suffix (الواو) is an attached subject pronoun.
