Which concordance are you referring to? It appears alright to me.

(2:243:20) ladhū (is) surely Possessor إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَشْكُرُونَ

(2:251:24) dhū (is) Possessor وَلَٰكِنَّ اللَّهَ ذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى الْعَالَمِينَ
