In fact, it is part of the subject. The translation by Sahih International is correct. The analysis given in Arabic is correct: «الملك» مبتدأ، خبره متعلَّق الجار «للرحمن»، «يوم» متعلق بالاستقرار الذي تعلق به الخبر، «الحق» نعت لـ«الملك»
