Verse (89:7), Word 1 - Quranic Grammar


The first word of verse (89:7) is a feminine proper noun and is in the genitive case (مجرور). The case marker is a fatḥah instead of a kasrah because the proper noun is a diptote (ممنوع من الصرف).
