Verse (79:26), Word 5 - Quranic Grammar

As salamu 3alaykum

Can we say that this "adjectif" omitted it's as well a khabar for Inna ? Then the متعلق is connected with this khabar omitted ? If we take خَيْر as khabar omitted ?
