Verse (76:14), Word 4 - Quranic Grammar


The fourth word of verse (76:14) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A circumstantial particle and verb. The connective particle wa is usually translated as "while" and is used to indicate the circumstance of events. The passive form II perfect verb (فعل ماض) is third person feminine singular.
