Verse (6:10), Word 6 - Quranic Grammar

The sixth word of verse (6:10) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A particle of cause and verb. The prefixed particle fa is usually translated as "then" or "so". The particle is used to indicate cause and makes the following verb subjunctive. The perfect verb (فعل ماض) is third person masculine singular. The verb's triliteral root is ḥā yā qāf (ح ي ق).
